Peace Brand Tom Yum Paste 白鸽牌冬阴功风味酱

Ingredients:

Soy bean oil, lemon grass, salt, onion, water, galangal, sugar, monosodium glutamate, fresh lime juice, chilli, fish sauce (anchovy, salt), dried shrimp, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, paprika powder. 

Directions: 

Bring 3 cups of water to boil. Put in prawns (or other desired seafood) and fresh mushrooms. Simmer for a while. Stir in 2 tablespoonfuls of Peace Brand Thai Tom-Yum Instant Sour Shrimp Paste preparation. Serve hot.
