Lao Tian Creamy Salted Egg Sauce 老田奶油咸蛋酱

Ingredients: Corn syrup solids, sugar, palm oil, salted egg, salt, corn starch, garlic, chili, starch, spice extract, Beta carotene. Contains permitted flavor enhancer, Sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), Dipotassium phosphate, Mono-and Diglycerides, Anti-caking agent.

Storage: Keep in cool and dry place, and away from direct sunlight. 

Directions: Add 100ml of water / evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and one packet of LT Creamy Salted Egg Sauce mix into the pan. Keep stirring the mixture while bringing it to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the hear, add fried / grilled meat and mix it until evenly coated, ready to serve.
